Q: Are your carbon fiber products real or just a carbon-look?
A: All of our products are made from 100% genuine carbon fiber, not vinyl wraps or imitation materials.
Q: What weave patterns and finishes do you offer?
A: We currently offer 2x2 twill weave available in gloss finish.
Q: Are your carbon fiber parts UV-protected?
A: Yes, our carbon fiber parts are treated with a UV-resistant clear coat to prevent yellowing and fading over time. Adding PPF and ceramic coating is recommended for extra UV protection.
Q: Can I drill, trim, or cut your carbon fiber parts?
A: Yes, but proceed with caution. We recommend professional installation.
Ordering & Shipping
Q: How long does it take to process my order?
A: Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Custom or made-to-order parts may require additional lead time (typically 7–14 business days).
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also log into your account to check your order status anytime.
Q: What shipping carriers do you use?
A: We primarily ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS, depending on your location and package size.
Returns, Exchanges & Restocking
Q: What is your return policy?
