Thank you for shopping with us at ACS Motorsports! We are committed to delivering high-quality carbon fiber auto parts to your door quickly, securely, and affordably. Please read our shipping policy below for all the details regarding your order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional lead time (up to 10-14 business days), which will be indicated on the product page.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Currently we only offer domestic shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.
Damages & Lost Packages
We carefully inspect and securely package every order. However, if your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photo evidence of the damaged items.

For lost shipments, contact us after 10 business days (U.S.) from the shipment date.
We will assist with filing claims or reshipping where applicable.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Some large or fragile carbon fiber items may have shipping restrictions or require freight delivery—details will be listed on the product page.
