Return & Exchange Policy

At ACS Motorsports we’re committed to delivering high-quality carbon fiber products that meet the performance and precision standards our automotive customers expect. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all components, hardware, and documentation.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Note: Custom or special-order items are not eligible for return.


Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return
    Email us at ACSMotorsportsCA@gmail.com or use our Contact Form with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for the return. Please make sure to have your order number and "return" in the subject.

  2. Approval & Instructions
    If your return is eligible, we’ll provide a Return Authorization Number (RMA) along with instructions on where and how to ship the product back.

  3. Shipping the Item
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.


Exchanges

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll cover the cost of return shipping and send out a replacement as quickly as possible.

For exchanges due to preference (e.g., different size or weave), follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Returns that do not meet our criteria may be subject to a restocking fee (see Restock Policy) or refused.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Installed or modified parts

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Gift cards or promotional items
