E8X/E9X N54-N55 7.5”Competition HD Intercooler Upgrade Kit

VRSF 7.5″ Competition HD FMIC utilizes the largest core of any 7″ intercooler available and is the best performing 7″ intercooler in it’s class. More importantly, the proprietary VRSF core offers a much denser, high destiny fin pack both internally and externally which translates to better heat absorption internally as well as heat dissipation externally without compromising airflow. Again, the OEM intercooler rises 32 degrees during a 3rd gear pull whereas it’s not uncommon to see intake temperatures drop at the end of a multiple gear pull due to the Competition HDs larger overall surface area. Due to the larger over all size of the size of the 7.5″ intercooler, the black plastic shroud does need to be trimmed. Also note that the bumper cover does not require trimming or removal for installation.
